Website News Due to catastrophic illness, the extensive Parish Website at www.MaryImmaculateOfLourdes.org is no longer being regularly updated. Father Higgins notes in the 3/21/2021 parish bulletin that, "I have decided it would be best for us to go with a newly created web-site which we are going to run out of the parish office. Fr. Stephen Leblanc our parochial vicar is in charge of it. The new web address is: www.MaryImmaculateOfLourdesNewtonMA.org. "This web-site should be up and running this week if it is not already operable by the time of our Masses this Sunday. "You will be able to view our parish schedules there as well as receive up-to-date information." "PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW WEB-SITE ADDRESS ABOVE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A PARISH WEB-SITE THAT SHOULD BE UP AND RUNNING VERY SOON. " The end result is that there are two current Parish websites: www.MaryImmaculateofLourdesNewtonMA.org was launched in March, 2021. It is regularly updated and current and contains the Mass schedule along with the latest parish bulletin. It replaces www.MaryImmaculateofLourdes.org which was launched in 2016 and was regularly updated until the end of 2020. This site is exhaustive and in-depth and a beauty to behold. It contains invaluable content including bulletins, articles, photo galleries, histories, prayers, and more. Time perusing this site is time well spent. This website which you are reading now, currently at its new URL of www.maryimmaculate.net, is being rebuilt and reconstructed from its former Wordpress incarnation that was hacked a couple of years ago and forced offline. Much of the old content is still missing but I hope to eventually have it fully restored. This site is not an official parish website, but something more along the lines of a "fan" site run by a parishioner. The goal is to maintain an archive of parish bulletins. I usually upload the latest Sunday bulletin some time on the preceeding Friday or Saturday. As we used to say in the old days, if you don't see it on the main page yet - just hit "reload."
